IC Design RF and analog:

 For critical projects NRFLab proposes his IC design engineer during the development phases. For this case NRFLab acts like a sub-contractor. The IC design engineer works at the office of the customer or in remote.


Our IC design engineer has 9 years experience in RF design or analog design. As example, she designed the following blocks.

  • VCO 4.8GHz CMOS differential LC oscillator, using cross coupled PMOS and NMOS. phase noise -83dBc/Hz  conso 1mA for Bluethooth application in cmos 90nm
  • Integrated Power Amplifier 10dBm at 2.5GHz, OIP3=21dBm, for application WLAN 11.b  cmos 180nm using Analog Artist
  • Balun 2.5GHz techno cmos using model asitic or EMX
  • TX upmixer active 2.5GHz in techno cmos 180nm
  • TX cartesian feedback loop 2.5Ghz to improve linearity of integrated PA ( use BB phase rotator) in techno cmos180nm
  • TX filter 5th order Chebychev 11MHz for application WLAN 11.b  cmos 180nm using Analog Artist


All the design presented above are now in production.
